For each scheduled event, VOSA requires specific documentation to be up to date and available for inspection. This can be complicated, especially on vehicles subject to an Operators’ Licence.
The documents required include, but are not limited to:
- Safety inspection sheets
- Routine servicing and detailed maintenance records
- MOT certificates
- Defect reports and subsequent actions
- Tachographs
FAAMCO manages the receipt of these documents on behalf of the customer, with no scheduled event being marked as complete until it has been scanned, stored against the vehicle file and therefore available for on-line inspection.
