Account Management

Account Management can mean different things to different people. In the case of Faamco there are elements of Account Management for every vehicle that is subject to Faamco Fleet Management. Our Maintenance Controllers monitor and pro-actively manage every vehicle throughout the ‘period of hire’ using our tailored, web enabled systems which include strong event management and workflow management tools.

Likewise, Faamco monitor and manage the performance of our ‘service providers’ against the relevant Faamco Fleet Service Level Agreement. These documents give clear guidance as to the standards of service that we expect for our customers and against which all our service providers will be measured.

For customers, to whom an even more pro-active approach is required (normally larger fleets with multiple depots), Faamco will dedicate a member of their Account Management team. Together with the customer, a suite of KPI’s, specific reports and scheduled meetings will be agreed. Faamco will then manage not only the performance of the service providers, but also how the actions of the customer influence that performance and the subsequent relationship.
